Projekt Topczykały

Projekt realizowany od początku sierpnia 2014r. Obejmuje transport 9 kompletnych elektrowni wiatrowych. Ze względu na ilość utrudnień na drodze jest to jeden z trudniejszych projektów do realizacji. Komponenty należy przetransportować przez całą szerokość polski. Odcinek od granicy niemiecko - polskiej w Świecku do Warszawy dzięki autostradzie A2, jest bez problemowy. Kolejny etap od Warszawy do Białegostoku przebiega drogą krajową. Transport na takiej drodze należy już do trudniejszych. Duży ruch pojazdów ciężarowych oraz osobowych nie ułatwia przemieszczania się naszych gigantów, mnogość wysp podziału ruchu, znaków drogowych i innych elementów infrastruktury drogowej skutecznie spowalnia konwój i utrudnia przejazdy. W wielu miejscach przejazd wymaga pomocy pilota, który dzięki skrętnym osiom w naczepie odpowiednio kieruje naczepę pomiędzy wyspami, latarniami i sygnalizatorami świetlnymi. Najtrudniejszy etap przejazdu naszego konwoju obejmuje miasto Białystok oraz odcinek do miejscowości Topczykały (woj. Podlaskie). W Białymstoku mamy do pokonania liczne ronda oraz skrzyżowania zaopatrzone w sygnalizatory świetlne. Każde skrzyżowanie i rondo powoduje utratę kilkudziesięciu minut, aby wysterować odpowiednio nasze zestawy. Na szczęście większość ulic w Białymstoku jest dwupasmowa - to znaczny plus, mamy pole manewru dla naszych pojazdów, no i nie przeszkadzają nam pojazdy w przeciwnego kierunku. Ale najtrudniejsze dopiero przed nami. Kontynuujemy podróż droga krajową nr 19. Czeka nas jeszcze pokonanie ronda w Zabłudowie. Nie jest źle, trochę ciasne, ale nie ma kopca jest gdzie "wypuścić" ładunek nad rondo. Kolejny najtrudniejszy odcinek to przejazd przez miasto Bielsk Podlaski. Przejazd tak dużych elementów wymagał dostosowania ronda to takich przejazdów. Kopce umieszczone na wyspie centralnej ronda uniemożliwiały zrealizowanie transportów. Konieczne było tymczasowe usunięcie części kopców i wyrównanie do poziomu jezdni. Po pokonaniu miasta Bielsk Podlaski mogliśmy już spokojnie dojechać na miejsce budowy parku elektrowni wiatrowej Topczykały k. Orli.

Das Projekt wird seit Anfang August 2014 ausgeführt. Es umfasst 9 komplette Windkrafträder. In Anbetracht der vielen Schwierigkeiten auf den Straßen, ist es eines der schwersten zu erfüllenden Aufträge. Die Komponenten sollen über die ganze breite Polens transportiert werden. Der Abschnitt ab der Deutsch – Polnischen Grenze in Świecko nach Warschau dank der Autobahn A2, geht ohne Probleme vonstatten. Die nächste Etappe von Warschau nach Białystok verlief über eine Landstraße. Die Beförderung auf solchen Straßen gehört zu den schwierigeren. Der viele Verkehr von LKWs und PKWs macht es nicht leichter für unsere Giganten, Verkehrsinseln, Straßenschilder und andere Elemente der Straßeninfrastruktur verlangsamt deutlich den Konvoi und erschwert die Durchfahrt. An vielen Stellen verlangt die Durchfahrt der Hilfe eines Piloten, der den Anhänger dank der beweglichen Achsen entsprechend zwischen den Verkehrsinseln, Straßenbeleuchtungen und den Lichtsignalanlagen. Die schwerste Etappe der Fahrt unseres Konvois ist die Stadt Białystok, sowie der Abschnitt zur Ortschaft Topczykały (Woiwodschaft Podlachien). In Białystok haben wir zahlreiche Verkehrsinseln und Kreuzungen mit Lichtsignalanlagen zu überwinden. Jede Kreuzung und Verkehrsinsel verursacht dutzende Minuten Verspätung, damit wir unsere Fahrzeuge korrekt richten. Zum Glück sind die meisten Straßen in Białystok zweispurig – das ist ein Vorteil für uns, sodass unsere Fahrzeuge Platz zum Manövrieren haben, deswegen stören uns auch die Fahrzeuge des Gegenverkehrs nicht. Aber das Schwerste steht uns erst bevor. Führen wir unseren Weg der Landesstraße Nr. 19 fort. Wir müssen noch einen Kreisverkehr in Zabłudów bewältigen. Es ist nicht schlecht, ein wenig eng, aber wir haben Platz, um die Ladung über den Kreisel zu bringen. Der nächste schwere Abschnitt ist die Durchfahrt durch die Stadt Bielsk Podlaski. Der Transport so großer Elemente fordert der Anpassung des Kreisels für solche Fahrten. Hügel, die im Kreisverkehr plaziert werden, verhinderten die Weiterfahrt. Durchaus haben wir vorübergehend die Hügel entfernt und der Straße angepasst. Nach dem Überwinden der Stadt Bielsk Podlaski konnten wir in aller Ruhe zur Baustelle des Windkraftwerks in Topczykaly k. Orli gelangen.

This project has been carried out since August 2014. It provides for the transport of 9 complete wind turbines. In view of a large number of road obstacles, it is one of the most difficult undertakings in the history of our Company. All wind turbine components need to be moved across the whole territory of Poland. The stage from Świecko on the Polish-German border to Warszawa runs along the A2 motorway, so it is relatively trouble free. Another stage from Warszawa to Białystok is to be covered via a national road. Transport operations on such roads are much more difficult. A heavy traffic of both passenger cars and trucks does not make it easier for our giants to move towards their destination; a large number of splitter islands, road signs and other elements of road infrastructure effectively slow down the convoy and hinder its smooth movement. In many places, the assistance of a pilot is required. Thanks to the rear twist beam axle, the semi-trailer can pass between islands, lamp posts and traffic lights. The most difficult stage to be covered by our convoy is the city of Białystok and the road to the village of Topczykały (the Podlaskie Province). Białystok is full of roundabouts and crossroads equipped with traffic light systems. Each crossroads or roundabout causes a loss of a few dozen minutes necessary for the piloting of our transport equipment. Luckily, most roads in Białystok are two-lane streets, which gives our vehicle a wider field of manoeuvre in which we are not confronted with vehicles moving in the opposite direction. But the most difficult section is still ahead of us. We continue our journey along the national road no. 19. We have to cope with the roundabout in Zabłudów. It is a little bit too narrow, but without a mound in the centre, so we have some extra space where we can "push" our shipment. Another difficult task is the journey across the town of Bielsk Podlaski. The transport of such huge elements requires special adjustments of the local roundabouts. The mounds located in their centres prevent the movement of our convoy. It is necessary to remove the mounds temporarily to make enough space for our oversized elements. After passing through Bielsk Podlaski successfully, we are able to reach our destination, the site of the Topczykały wind farm, without any additional problems.
